Join us for the 2025 SmellTaste National Conference this November

We are delighted to announce that the 2025 SmellTaste National Conference will take place Saturday 08 November at the University of Nottingham.
This year’s conference promises to be another impactful gathering, bringing together those with the lived experience, researchers, industry leaders, and advocates.
All participants will be united by a shared mission: to transform understanding of smell and taste disorders and collectively drive meaningful change.
Our 2025 conference is even more special as it’s our first since rebranding from Fifth-Sense to SmellTaste.
The focus of our event is on individuals living with impaired smell and taste, as they are at the heart of everything we do. I’m looking forward to a meaningful day where we will explore the experiences and challenges faced by the people we represent, and honour the remarkable achievements of our volunteers, advocates, and fundraisers who play a vital role in supporting our work.
Duncan Boak, SmellTaste CEO and Founder
What did participants at the last conference say?
A huge thanks to the team for a wonderfully organised and executed conference. It met all my hopes, and definitely exceeded my expectations!
Jo Olliver
The conference gave me a fantastic opportunity to invite some of my family, to give them a better understanding of the impact of smell and taste disorders… It felt like my two worlds collided.
