On the 23rd of June at 20:00 BST, we are holding an online #LetsTalkSmellAndTaste event discussing parosmia and phantosmia.
Host Tom Laughton will be joined by Mr. Sean Carrie and a guest patient panel that has experienced these smell distortions. June/July #LetsTalkSmellAndTaste events now live
We are excited to announce that the new batch of our popular #LetsTalkSmellAndTaste events are now live and bookable on Eventbrite.
All events are completely free and are a great opportunity to learn, communicate and meet other people affected by smell and taste disorders. Headway Wearside: The Online Annual General Meeting
On Friday the 18th of June 2021 at 12 noon – 2 pm, our Director of Development and Operations Nina Bleasdale will be taking part in Headway Wearside’s Online Annual Meeting.
Available on Zoom, this event will be an opportunity to share the incredible work being done to support people with head injuries and the impact these injuries can have on our sense of smell and taste.

Hats for Headway
‘Hats for Headway’ is an annual campaign by Headway – the brain injury association to promote the need for more research and support in providing after-care for people affected by brain injuries. To read more about the campaign, please click here –
