Saturday 26 September is Aspirin-Exacerbated Respiratory Disease (AERD) Awareness Day
AERD is also called Samter’s Triad. It is a chronic medical condition consisting of a combination of asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with recurring nasal polyps, and aspirin sensitivity.

If you live in, or within reach of, Worcester and are personally affected by smell and taste impairment please join us at this free volunteer-led meetup. Partners and friends are also most welcome to attend. We ask that you book a ticket for each person attending and that you are mindful that there may be people present who are experiencing smell distortion. Please don’t wear strong perfumes and if bringing refreshments like coffee please use a lidded cup. |
This is the right support group for you if you are over 18 and were born without a sense of smell or; have no memory of being able to smell as a child or; if you are supporting a child or other family member / friend who is in this situation.
