Our latest addition to the SmellTaste team, Natasha, joined us in March 2026. She brings more than 20 years’ experience across the public and voluntary sectors, with a strong focus on creating meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives. Her work has championed volunteering, wellbeing, skills development and employability, while making sure participant voices are heard and people are connected to the support they need.
In her new role, Natasha will lead an exciting project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, helping to grow volunteering and strengthen our Taste and Smell Social Action Groups across England and Wales. This work will help raise awareness, increase impact, and support the vital work of SmellTaste.
Natasha also brings valuable lived experience. She lives with Chronic Rhinosinusitis and has experienced extended smell and taste loss, including distorted smell. She is passionate about deepening understanding and supporting improvements for people living with smell and taste impairments.
Outside of work, Natasha loves being outdoors – hiking, rowing, cycling along the coast, playing netball, or camping under the stars.
